First, with regard to striking a balance between being professional and personable, Aristotle Travel is remarkable. In every aspect of their organization , from their communication, to their guides, to their interactions with the tour participants , they are consummate professionals. This agency’s professionalism, however, does not feel cold or impersonal; on the contrary , each staff member exhibits a genuine concern for each participant’s well-being. Over the years , we have built a partnership of trust because I know they are committed to the success of my tours.

Second, effective and efficient communication is critical to me. I have found Aristotle Travel to be responsive and thorough with regard to my questions, often within minutes or hours of my inquiries. I have never had to follow-up or send a reminder email. If one of the staff members happens to be away on a tour or vacation, they ensure there is no delay in service by having other staff members monitor the absent staff member’s email during this period.

Third, I have worked with tour agencies in the past that provided limited services which required that I coordinated with various companies – it was inconvenient, cumbersome, and frustrating. Aristotle Travel, however , is able to handle all my groups needs, from flights, to airport transfers , to hotel bookings, to restaurant reservations ( accommodating even dietary restrictions!). I know that when an agent from Aristotle Travel meets my group at the airport that they will take care of us until we depart!

Finally, unexpected issues will always arise when working with large groups. I repeatedly choose to work with Aristotle Travel because they are not rattled by complications. When I have brought problems to their attention, they are professional and efficient is solving these issues, freeing me from concern and the need to worry.

As a director, the needs of my large groups can be demanding. I do not have the luxury of working with second-rate inefficient and unprofessional travel agencies. Hello Christian,

 I wanted to take a moment to write and thank you for the wonderful tour. It was great in every way! The itinerary was exactly what we had hoped for.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable in the various stages of Greek history, in archaeology , and in classical and Byzantine art. She graciously answered all our many questions and also researched specific information we asked about. She timed our visits to sites perfectly and provided much useful information about the towns we visited. We were impressed with her enthusiasm, warmth and hospitality.

Our driver was always helpful and attentive. His driving was very efficient, and we always felt safe as we drove through the country. He made great conversation about his love for Greece and gave us insight into modern Greek culture. We also enjoyed his sense of humor.

They were welcoming hosts, very professional, and also great people to get to know. We enjoyed our time with them very much.

This tour was exactly what we had hoped for (in fact, more!). We appreciate your work very much.

We contacted Aristotle Travel because my university has used this agency to plan student trips.

They planned a seven-day private tour for us through the Peloponnese and mainland Greece, Visiting classical and Hellenistic archaeological sites and Meteora. It was excellent!

The driver and the guide were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible. The van was comfortable, and hotel arrangements were perfect. We learned so much!
